Tournament forms can be downloaded below. Team leaders please fill out Intent to Play and return it to the Leominster Dek Hockey Center. It can be mailed to the address on the form or emailed to ldhcdekhockey@aol.com
Team roasters & hold harmlesses from players must be turned in before the first game.
Hold harmlesses do not need to be filled out by players who play in the Leominster Dek Hockey regular season leagues
Age Eligibility for all events: January 1 2026
Penguin 2016 2017 2018
Beaver 2013 2014 2015
Cadet 2010 2011 2012
Example: A Beaver Player who turns 13 after January 1st 2026 is good to play if the same player turns 13 before January 1st 2026 the player is not eligible to play
(Girls are eligible to play 1 yr longer per age division)
Current Rule Changes or Reminders
Events will use the Floating Blue Line for Offsides
High sticking is a penalty same as 2024..that includes waving for the Ball.
Grabbing the Ball is permitted no penalty...result is a stoppage of play, in the past it was a delay of game.
(Ball Hockey permits a player to catch/grab the ball and play this is not permitted with the events on the calendar)
